How good is the ground connection? Thats as important as the positive side.
Might be a burnt wire from the starter to the rest of the car if thats where the connection for +12v is. At least check that with everything OFF, you have 12v down at the starter. Check from chasis to the big fat red wire coming from the battery. Then go from there |
