Lot's of good info to go on there....
Do you have the ballast connected?
Is the Tac connected?
Internal Ballast loaded or External Ballast loaded?
Oil filled or Air Cooled windings?
Is the IGN wire somehow bypassed?
What was the primary resistance in OHMS?
Coils GET hot doing their work..are you sure it is not normal? you can burn your hand on some if your not careful..
Is the module properly installed?
How much Silicone was used?
What Coil are you using? Stock or performance?
What gauge wire is feeding the Coil + terminal?
