Hot rod Midget builder...

Hey all,

Got two projects going right now (three if you count the wifes firebird) a 73 MG Midget and a 64 midget.

The 73 is already up and running thanks to a donated drive train from my 90 nissan pickup (long story short, my wife now understands that sometimes it isn't really better to try and swerve to miss a dog) But since the nissan had been my daily driver the 73 midget kinda got cobbled together and pressed into service as the new daily. One of the cool fringe benefits are that since it lost somewhere around 1500 pounds it's stupid fast but still gets around 35 miles to the gallon. The biggest downfall is that absolutely no one has any kits for anything on this car, so it's all custom.

The 64 is going a bit different route, it'll be getting a small block chevy, four speed and a nine inch. It will be a full roadster (no top at all) this is an early 64 model so it doesnt have any side windows either. I'll also be doing various body mods as well.

Well, that kinda sums it up I guess, see you in the other forums...

PICTURES!!!!!!!!. We need PICTURES. We are crazy for PICTURES.

Sounds like a couple very interesting projects and with gas prices the way they are, that Nissan/Midget rod would get a lot of attention on this site.
