Like most shows, of any type, the first couple years would be pretty difficult I would think. With the addition of the airplanes wouldn't you have a lot more expense (air traffic control, safety equipment etc)? Also, even finding an airport that would allow you to do this might be a real challenge (don't know, just guessing).
We have a couple of shows here in WI that combine cars and the steam power machinery, as well as the bikes. So those parts would not be too difficult. But I would think the addition of airplanes adds a whole new slew of challenges to pulling off a show like this.
Brian, do you know if this started off as just an air show or has it always been a multi-machine event?
