Hotrodding support group?

I have noticed recently an enlargening amount of threads about guys wanting to and/or buying cars on impulse. I am going through this myself right now. A guy down the road has a mid 60's gmc 4x4 on about 38's that I have been drooling over for a while. I already have 2 projects that I am deep into and logically I do not need this truck but I want it, I want it, I want it (pouts). I am into big trucks as much as I am into my cars. I am suggesting we organize a support group for instances like this to help us veer from these impulses and keep some of us out of the doghouse. Whadda you guys think?

A support group is a good thought. My experience in using car guys to temper my desires when the next great one comes along hasn't worked very well. They get as excited as I about the possibilities and try to talk me into the purchase. So must try to use my own will power. Over the years I have learned there will be another unbelievable deal available when I finish the current project.

Hmmm

Autos Autonomous now that is a thought. We keep each other from becoming divorced and we help keep the county off our butts for too many cars on the property by taking over each others projects in a pass around situation. I am tired of working on this but I did just fall in love with that so you take this one and I will take yours. Kinda like a trade off. LOL. Gumpa
