Pictures aren't a very good way to get a feel for a color. Photography just can't duplicate reality all the time.
If you want a good looking red pearl, go to a car dealership and check out the cars there, or a shopping mall. In looking at my HoK color charts, I see that PBC-34 Razberry Pearl is dark. PBC-52 Cherry Pearl is not as dark. PBC-45 Red Pearl is the one I would say is red, not maroon or burgandyish. And it looks red in the shade. PBC-33 Persimmon Pearl is still red, but it's more orange. |
