How am i supposed to wash floor pans out before POR15?

I just replaced the LH and RH back floorpans in my 68 Camaro and i am going to POR the entire floorpans the instructions say to marine clean then wash out and then metalready and also wash out.My problem is how to get the water up from the floor pans since my replacement pans have no body plug holes like the original pans did.Looks like i will have to sponge it up or cut the holes out on the new pans and then use body plugs.Any one else have this problem?

Towel would be fine then air dry.Just be sure you use a clean towel because any contaminants will effect the POR. If you use compressed air be sure your air is dry.Any moisture in your line that gets on your floor board will cause a large fish-eye problem. Please remember to use a respirator, this stuff is powerful.
