Keep asking questions, take notes, after a while you can sort the good from the bad. Good Luck TF

This is good advice, ask the guys in the know, not the internet
experts, the Manufacturers know what their products are capable
of...

Just like the "in any forum", the experts will tell you that some guy
on another forum has had a failure with the part you want to use,
never mind the facts, like he screwed up the install, opinion rules,
so you best listen to some idiot that didn't RTFM, or install instructions,
who has no real knowledge, 'cause he's heard about it on
some ricer site that demands fart cans on Civics...

Im 21 years old, nearly a mechanical engineer, and this forum has taught me more than anyone, anything ive ever come across. i can call numerous manufacturers and they all have their opinions too. a wheel spacer manufacturer says theyre good. personally, id rather have people with real life experience tell me something than someone who works in a factory and only knows the specs on things. after all, people can do their jobs but actually have no hands on experience with success and failure. you can disagree all you want, but ive never had anyone teach me anything in person w/r to mechanics, everything i do is all self taught, with the help of this forum.

and to add to it, i go to school nearly every minute that businesses are open, i own a business and am constantly travelling across the midwest meeting clients, hotrodders does wonders for me. to each is their own, and i respect the advice i get here, and it has only done me wonders thus far.

Well, thats what I was giving you, my buddy has run a 2" adapter
in an autoX situation for a couple of years, with no ill affects on
a Mustang 15" phone dial rim. If you've never run autoX, you don't
know how anal some of those guys are when it comes to prep work.
Would you bleed the brakes every time you drive the car, or check
tire pressures before diving the car?? Better question is, when was
the last time you checked your oil??
