how to blend paint into factory?

I'v got a '95 K1500 ex cab, needs 1 cab corner or a small amount of 1 ( got the truck just after it was savable )... Had it priced for a body shop to do it at $300 painted and finished which I know isn't bad. But I think I'm just going to cut it out and do it myself, I just don't know how to blend the paint/ clear into the original. I'v always just painted fresh, never repairs..any insight? Thanks
