How to bypass 6al box

I have a 6al box on my trucknthat went out about a month ago. I've been sent it in to msd and now I am waiting on a new one. I am wondering if there is anyway to still start my truck without it. I don't like that it hasn't been started for a couple months now.

Thanks

Knowing what kind of distributor you are running would be helpful.

If your distributor lacks a module, the easiest way will be to drop in a complete HEI distributor as a replacement for the MSD distributor until you get your box back.
