How can a '69 0010 302 be identifid

I've got a 0010 that I thought was a 350, but I'm not so sure. I have 2 other 0010s that I know are 350 4 bolts, but somthings a miss on this other one. It must have been decked 'cause I can only make out a few numbers on the rght frnt corner. Fo7 is all I can make out.

A bare 00010 block would be stamped DZ or MO prefix, if my old geezer brain remembers correctly. Had a few back in the day. Had a basic 68 black Z/28 and loaded silver 69 Z/28's. That went thru several motors. My 70 Z/28 had a 350 in it.

Ayuh,.... The Blocks are all the same,...

If it's got a short stroke crankshaft, it might be a 302...

It's the crankshaft that determines whether ya got a 302, 327, or 350...

Likely the first part of the suffix code line was stamped deeper than the rest of the line- the stamping is done w/a "gang stamp", so if one end is tilted more than the other, or if the blow from the stamping hammer is off center, the stamping can be deeper on one end. Then when the block was milled to freshen the decks, only the deepest part of the stamping was left visible.

The 010 block was used for a wide variety of applications- even trucks. It can be 2 or 4 bolt.
