Water in the oil, oil in the water, chronic overheating, bubbles in the radiator while running, really low crank pressure on adjacent cylinders. These are the most common.

Well what symptoms are you experiencing?

Water in oil. Oil in water. White smoke out the pipes. Loss of compression in cylinder. Excess heat. Running choppy.

EDIT - Damn johnsongrass1, your too fast.
