Hi Guys

I'm a newbie so please spell it out for me simpley

I have a 289 - V8 engine.
Engine is out of my car and just was bored-out 0.030ths.
Pistons/Flywheel/Crankshaft have all been Balanced.
My car (when in GOD'S name is ready) will be my daily driver. Not for work 'cause I'm retired. THANK GOD

The block is cleaned and ready for the pistons to go in.

QUESITON(S) PLEASE ~ IS IT NECESSARY TO ' DEGREE MY CAM SHAFT ' ?
I want the car to have quality built into it. With its parts running smoothly.
I'm not going to drag/race it. JUST CRUSE IT

If its possible that the engine will be in better shape than not doing the DEGREEING. Than I'll opt to degree the cam.

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO THE DEGREEING
And tell me what I will need to do the job please.
