How do I determine what crankshaft I have

I have two crankshafts here for a 350 I am rebuilding, both are stamped 39822442 on the shaft itself, on the end of one the number 1355 is stamped on the other nothing. The stamped unit is a GM 9, the unstamped is GM59. Is there any way to determine what these units are or which may be better than the other to use for the rebuild.... I am new to this to restate the obvious. Thank you for any and all help.

That's too many numbers, and I can't find a 398xxx crank listed. Are you sure it's not a 3932442? That would make it a 267, 305, 350 cast, medium journal 3.48 stroke crank. Look here.
