How do I find out which year my axle is!
I have a worn out kingpin or bushing I need to change but I'm not sure what year it is the car is a 1926 ford t but the drive line is a 1934-37 with 1935 rims but how do i find out what year the front axle is ? the king pin is the flat top style so people think it's a 42 or later but my grandpa that built the says it is a 34-35 but he has alzheimer's a his memory is not there!Irecalll him always saying it was a thirty something but not sure !!

go to car shows and look at the cars... you may be able to identify it that way.
