Post how do i get mounted?

i have a 76 camar, 3 bolt clmasheel style motor mounts, both sides need replaced and i was wonder, how exacly do ya get to the nuts inside the subframe that hold them in, from what i can gather it looks like i have to lower or remove the lower control arm and go at it this way, it it going to be that simple just to drop em down, or am i going to need a spring compressor ect to do this job?

any advice would be helpful at this point

thx camaro76

I don't know if this will help you, but I have touched a welding rod to the nut (lower than needed amperage to weld) so that the rod sticks to the bolt. After I had this nice little "handle", I snaked the nuts into position. You can then bend the rod to a position that matches the angle you need. After you have the bolt started, just use an impact gun to tighten the bolt (holding the nut from spinning is usually not needed with an impact). After you have the bolt tight, just twist the rod and it will break loose from the nut (if it hasn't already twisted off from using the impact).
