Which direction should the bolts be facing? Which washers go where?

I'll get some pics today.the bolts connecting the brackets to the bumper all point to the inside just like the carrige type chrome bolts all the bolts that have heads should have a flat washer and a lock washer.
The hard part is getting the side brackets in,you have to remove the bottom of the fender extension and its brace and it'll still be a tight squeeze, jack the car up a little.Where the side bracket bolts to the frame the bolts also point to the inside.install all the nuts and bolts but loosly set the bumper where it needs to be (you'll need help) and start snugging them up making sure the bumper is lined up as you go and it will be a PITA so make sure theres no little kids around that'll hear you...BTW, getting the3/4" nuts that hold the side bracket to the frame is to tight for a regular como wrench so I cut a cheapy in half ,about 4" long to hold the nut while tightening.
This is the only pic I have on hand...
