How Do I Match Original Color Of Fabric?

I have a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere. The dash and door panels look good. I would like to replace the fabric on the seats and the headliner. I have looked at a lot of samples and can not find any that match what I have. Is there a way I can match the existing fabric so I don't have to do the entire inside of the car?

NOS Automotive Fabrics 586-727-2486. Columbus Michigan. Has materials back to 1950. If they dont have it no one does. They have been buying leftover OEM materials and have rarely let me down
