Normally I clamp them into a vice and then work the bushing out using an air chisel with a rather dull chisel end. You can do the same thing with a hammer and chisel just a little more work.
The factory lower control arm bushings are a bit more complicated as they usually have 2 small tack welds that you normally have to cut with a small cut off wheel before you drive them out.
On the bright side it looks like you got the hard part done......getting the rivets out to get the upper ball joint out
