Good eyes. Yes, that is a wave / dent / something I don't know what happened there. Somewhere just forward of that area about 6 inches from the top is a rivit that has shown up. I plan on replacing this whole fender this winter. I'm starting to get tools together right now. Still keeping an eye out for a good used welder.

Only October is going to come up before I replace the fender, I just want to do a decent patch job.
