How do I wire up my horns?

I just bought a set of musical Horns for my car.
It plays the tune of Dixie Land heard in the General Lee.

What I got in this package was the 5 horns, 1 hose (to be cut into 5 for all horns), a relay switch, & the blower motor. no extra wires, or horn button.

my question is, how can I hook this up to a button on my dash instead of my horn button on the steering wheel? As I want to keep my original horn as well.

It says I have to run a wire with a fuse? I am confused

see pic.
