How does this spark plug look?

I made a few passes and pulled the #2 plug. It is a 383, vortec heads, Holley DP 750, MSD, TH350, 3.42, posi. Not sure if it looks rich, lean, or good?

We need a much closer view of the tip of the plug.

Plug

Yea we need a few better pictures.

Take them is as much light as you can. take one looking at the end of the plug with the ground strap facing the top of the picture. And one from the side...
