Thanks guys.. lots of good info ..

Now one more questions.. How to i am molding the fiberglass lip onto the urethane bumper.. What type of material do i need to make it stick and what will blend them together?

the best thing you can do is make the fiberglass lip seperate and bond it to the bumper with the same adhesive you use on the emblem, fusor, duramix, etc. when together just make it look like a body line is there. your going to be better off that way then blending them together. if you really have to make it look like one piece with the bumper then use the same adhesive but on a low car like that if you hit something that bumper is going to want to flex and the fiberglass isn't or it will shatter so i see problems down the road but its your call. mold everything with the adhesive and use the fusor 214 like glaze.
