It was a 2.41:1 ratio but i am putting in a 3.73:1. I know the carrier is series 2 because the ratio was originally lower than 3.08. The ring gear is a little thicker to make up the difference with the smaller pinion. Also the axles are 28 spline. I would not want to spend a lot of money of this carrier. I am somewhat strapped for cash between the engine and trans so i would prefer to just find a stock carrier to replace it with. Any suggestions on what i need to look for.
