I just took apart a 454 that I rebuilt 25 years ago. I purchased all the parts from P.A.W. mail order. This was pre internet, they advertized in the back of magazines. I have the reciept but it is unreadable. I would like to learn the specs.
It has cl1 cast into it and some other cast numbers , but no part number. I believe the casting numbers will only tell you what blank they started with, is this right? There is a red stripe and a yellow stripe. Any ideas?
It is hydrolic and had a nice lope, and pulled well with big heads, from what I can remember.
