The ro-locs are what I use, they last longer they're about the best waythere is to strip jambs and the back side of of panels ,they're great on just about any irregular surface however they're not very practical for stripping the outside of a car.
To get the most out of them I bought a few angle grinders from Harbor Freight when they went on sale for 9.99 and then I buoght a 1/2 dozen roloc backer pads and cut them down in 1/4" intervals ,each angle grinder has a dedicated pad so I dont have to chuck anything up just grab the next grinder ,change the pad with a twist and keep on going ,its like getting a brand new disc every time you change to the next size down not to mention the smaller it is the tighter a spot it'll fit...
These Rolocs(I call them cookies) are a bit expensive and I use them all the way down th the plastic mounting tab ,extremly handy little tool for stripping...
