No, I don't think they can be saved, at least not the way they are now. I'm sure they could be better, but not like they should be. If the leather that's glued down now is glued down with contact adhesive, it's going to have to be replaced also I'm afraid. Regular leather maybe, but suede is a whole different animal. I think the next guy is pretty much going to have to start over.

Note to alittle1: I assume that was a joke on your part. You never use a heat gun on real leather, especially suede.

No one lives forever, the trick is creating something that will.
