how to make wind wing frames ???

I have a 48 dodge town sedan with a chopped top.. I am having trouble finding wind wing frames for it to modify.. need 4 ,, tried the dodge site ,, none available.. how can i make them from stainless channel ?? where can i get some made ?? or where to get the channel ?? i'm at a stopping point without them....

Why make them at all, maybe run one piece windows?

can't on rear..not enough room ..and this body style is quite rare,, wind wings front and rear really makes it unique....

what if you use a 57 Chevy rear window goodies , they roll front down first and go at a tilt as they bottom out .

just a thought ?

If you have the time, you could make them from stainless. A hammerform would do the trick. You could make the hammerform from solid square stock, clamp the stainless on it and hammer the flanges over. Not easy!

Why not make them out of mild steel square tubing? You can cut, weld, and bend until you get the right shape, then cut out the inside side to make channel out of it. Then chrome plate it as that's probably what originally came on the car. Or for something different you could paint them body color.

steel is a option,, i guess that i will have to try and figure out something .. that's why im here .. looking for options.. i have to have them to make it look right ...and i can't make windows work without them ... not enough room inside ..
