One gallon is 231 cubic inches. And your fuel tank is 2400 cubic inches. That works out to 10.35 gallons. Obviously you're not going to fill the think to the brim and it may or may not have foam in it which does take up space as well. So yes, you're looking at 8 gallons.

Yep, 15 times 20 times 8 is 2400 cubic inches which I calculate to be 10.39 gallons.
Its probably a 10-gallon fuel cell, since those are outside measurements. Until you account for the thickness of the tank walls, its a little less. |
