Depends on many things...Were they highway or city driven miles?

Was the truck well maintained, with regular oil changes etc?

Was it driven hard by the previous owner?

etc, etc........

In Feb I drove our old motorhome to Arizona and back....It had 240,000 km on it...Ran fine

how many mile is to many

well all i can tell honestly is by looking at the brake pedal and the corner is not worn off likr they get by lots of stop and go miles..when i looked under the hood it looked clean but not like it had been pressure washed recently.it looked more like it had been kept clean.. the thing is i dont know much about dodges v6 engines are they as stout as the old 225 slant six's... the interior looks like a little old lady owned it so i guess i will just have to go drive it some more

I was looking at getting a Dakota, Durango or Ranger. I think that mileage sounds kinda high for an 03, but like Poncho said, it really depends on how it was taken care of. *shrug*

That V6 is a decent little engine. Its basically like a sawed off 318.

I just bought an 05 Chevy Uplander.......90,000km (57,000 miles)....Mileage seems kind of high,,,,,,Looked at the stuff in the glovebox, receipts for regular oil changes, it was a lease, by a salesman, which would mean mostly highway miles.........That stuff helps you decide.

I don't think "stout is a good description for a slant six ..dependable yes. keep oil in them & they did not have enuf power to blow them selves up.

I have not seen too many of them in the bone yards but its not something I look for either.

If you have a reputable mechanics shop take it there have them do a inspection, do a car fax & take it for a nice long test drive, a hour or two will tell you plenty about a vehicle.
