how much horsepower?
does anybody know how much horsepower and torque a stock 1982 350 out of a gmc full-size pick-up would have. not sure if it is a 2-bolt or 4-bolt and i can't read the cast number because the engine is in the truck and it is tucked away pretty good. my buddy thinks he has over 200hp and the only things that have been done is a .030" over bore, headers and a cam but it sounds stock to me. i just want to know what they had from the factory just to compair. i've looked all over the net but there is nothing specific enough.

My 2000 Dodge Ram has 245 hp, so I would say 200 hp for yours sounds about right.....maybe a few less 180? The 80`s sucked with HP.

i tryed my g-tech out on it and the best run we got was 113HP to the wheels. my buddie was quite dissapionted with his truck. there is deffinately something wrong with his engine.
