I have a 350 4 bolt main bored 60 over with Vortec heads 12258060, stock bottom end with rv cam Enginetech es1014r, headers, dual flowmaster exhaust, holley 650 carb, flat top pistons with 10.1.1 compression

Give us the cam specs not just the number. I can't find the heads you spec, but assuming they're 64cc I come up with 9.76 c.r., flat pistons with valve reliefs.

I meant Vortec 12558060 and they are 64cc,

This is an Eginetech ES1014R cam

So, let's try to guess (that's all this will be, a guess) what the SCR will be.
4.060" bore with 3.480" stroke yields 738.3 cc's.
12558060 (casting 12558062) chambers are ~64 cc's.
Assuming the piston is down in the bore 0.045", the piston deck height volume will be 9.5 cc's.
We'll guess ~12 cc's for the piston crowns.....
and 9 cc's for a composition head gasket at 0.040" compressed.

All 5 values total 822.8 cc's
Dropping out the cylinder volume gives us 84.5 cc's
Dividing 822.8 by 84.5 yields an SCR of 9.73:1

The squish will measure out at about 0.085", so effectively, there will be no squish action in this motor.

The cam you have used closes the intake valve at 19* ABDC @0.050" tappet lift and the KB calculator tells me that the DCR will be 9.22:1. If conventional 1.560" pistons were used, the DCR will be even higher.

I don't think it's going to last long enough to make any hp if the above figures are anywhere near correct unless you're operating it on race fuel.

I don't think you're paying attention.
You won't be in any power range. You'll be in a cab getting a ride home because detonation has cracked the crowns off all the pistons.
