How much is to much?
Reworking and dropping (1 1/2 ") a set of 61 pontiac spindles for use on a custom 4" drop straight axle. Mock up shows a 2 3/4" scrub radius. Planning on using a 49 chev manual steering box. Is the radius going to cause problems?
