How much paint for a Ford pickup?

I am going to paint my pickup and would like to know how many gallongs of paint to get. I will not be painting inside the cab or box.

get a whole gallon. trust me.

don't ask how i know.

i say a whole gallon, thats assuming bc/cc.... the base will dilute by half with reducer, giving you a sprayable 2 gallons. which should be plenty. unless you do like i did and screw up and need more. better to ere on the side of caution and all that....
