How to re assemble steering wheel and component on chevy truck

I took the steering wheel and components apart on my 79 chevy truck and now I cant get it back together with the horn working. I believe I have put things back together wrong. The turn signals do cancel themselves after turning so that part works ok. I think I may have the spring under the lock plate in the wrong place. I think i have it under the canceling cam when it needs to be on top of it maybe? Any pictures would be nice otherwise please tell me what goes where.

Did you put the little spring and button back in.
