How to remove paint from the car's exterior
To my surprise as I was leaving the office, I found my car splattered on the exterior with white paint on the door and parts of the front of the car.

I tried taking it off with water and soap but did not work. It appears like someone tripped and accidentally splattered paint on my car and the sidewalk , but they left no note.

Is there a way to remove it without harming the car's surface? I tried with my fingernail and the tiny ones came off but not the big ones. HELP PLEASE!!
