how to repair this damage

This damage (deep scratches) is to front end of a 2004 Honda S2000. I think this is ABS plastic (it's not sheet metal). Probably caused by a parking space concrete barrier. How do I repair this?

Since from the pic it is definitely gouged ,you will have to get a filler that's compatible with that plastic. I would check with your local paint supply place to see what you will need. But it can't be sanded and painted over, it's way to deep.

Sand with a buzzer 80 Grit. Determine if plastic is flexible or rigid (if it is really rigid, its ABS. Although, I would suspect its probably Polypropelene. Clean with plastic cleaner, apply adhesion promoter if neccesary. Apply fusor 114 (or equivalent, just what Id use). Prep to 180. Clean plastic again with soap and water, allow to dry. Apply adhesion promoter if neccesary, than 2-3 coats Primer surfacer.

If it is an Olefein, thats when you'd need an adhesion promoter (PP is).

Just whats Id do.
