My friends and I did something similar to his 1982 Plymouth Horizon. It came out awesome. He drove it around like that until it finally died. We made his out of plywood and sheetrock screws. It looked halfway decent, you know, for a Plymouth Horizon covered in plywood.

THIEVES lol. I did that over the summer. I didn't bother with the wheels or ground effects. I made gaudy wings and hood scoops out of card board and taped them on some of my friends cars at night. I did a couple random cars that were for sale.

I had a 3" hood scoop on the Honda for a few hours. I taped it down with blue 3M tape, at 70 mph the scoop held on, I thought it would blow off.
