How Soon Can I Drive It After Painting It?

I am in the process of painting my 93' K1500 and was curious after the final painting is done how long before it can go down the road?

The next day...or as soon as its sanded and buffed..If it needs buffing you really should do that first some clears are tough to buff after a few days..

Well, you cant sand or buff SS if it has a metallic in it But SS solid colors buff out very nicely...Still its best to wait till the next day because "sheet happens" for instance if it gets rained on it'll leave water spots everywhere that wont come out...

okay, the truck is probably going to sit in the garage for a couple of weeks, i work away from home during the week and am going to be going to my uncles house for the next two weekends in a row and he lives in a pine forest so i don't want to get sap on the new paint.
