How much of an ameture are you? What are your capabilities and how much do you want to spend?

I have an'82 I'm building an engine for. There are several things you can do like intake & carb, headers, cam, dual exhaust, & etc. How many miles do you have on the engine? It might not be worth adding anything to it.
