I have a Tbucket that was left to me. Its about 90% completed but it was basically all hand made and I dont have any paper work for the frame or body which were hand made. Does anyone know who could help me title this or what to do, Id like to sell the car but it probably should be titled first?
It depends on what state your in. I would first look at your states DMV web site to try and determine how best to do it. As a last resort actually go into a local DMV office and ask. Be warned however that the person at the desk may or may not know the rules, so don't take whatever they say as gospel. I think Florida may be one of the states that has a provision for street rods that allow the vehicle to be titled to the year it most resembles.
Florida just recently got nasty with some of the folks that were issueing titles for the glass kit cars'' but here is a link to what you need in Florida,, GOOD LUCK
