How to wire Piezo horn from Mercedes SL500

Ive got this horn I want to use for my alarm on my 84 Cutlass. Its a piezo style horn that makes that really high pitched annoying sound. It came from an 04 Mercedes SL500. It has three wires. I know 100% that it works, but when I connect to a battery I get no sound. I know one wire is power, one ground, whats the third for? I've tried every configuration. The horn also seems to have an internal battery, if that helps. Thanx in advance.

One might be permanent hot, one a ground and one a trigger you take to ground or hot to make it annoy the crook.

I think the internal "battery" is probably not a battery, but a relay. One power lead will be hot (fused, directly to 12 volts) and one will be switched 12 volts, using whatever kind of switch you want.

For the switched 12 volts you might be able to tap into the existing horn wiring under the hood and just use the stock horn button to activate the new horn.
