It looks like it's right on. The needle thread and the bobbin thread should be locked ( that's why they call it a lockstitch machine) in the center of the thickness of the material you're sewing, and look the same on both sides.
Your present settings may not work on different fabrics with different thicknesses. When you start sewing other things, you should do a test run to make sure it's still sewing that way before continuing.
