This should give you a rough estimate

8.82*1.57=13.8 in the 1/4

Using an ET calculator, at 3050 lbs (assuming the driver weighs 150 lbs), you would need roughly 230 at the wheels to get a 13.8 in the 1/4

Assuming a 20% loss to the rear wheels, that would put you at around 290hp at the motor.
