I'll go out on a limb and say "yes". Of course I'll need you to take into account that I am wrong a lot..... What year (approx.) are both the rims and the caps? Also, what did those rims come off of? To me, they almost look like something mid to late 70's ish GM.

In a while, Chet.

I'm assuming that you don't have the rims yet, and are buying them on-line?

If so, couldn't you ask the seller to measure the diameter of the hubcap mounting circle?

Those hubcaps are Pontiac ... I would venture a guess at either a late 60's or an early 70's Acadian (?) ... isn't that what the Pontiac version of the Chevy Nova was called? My mind has kinda gone blank

Those look like mid 70's Pontiac Ventura caps.
They will fit anything (GM) from 55 to late 80s early 90s EXCEPT the baby Nova or Corvair wheels---and they might even fit a few of those if 14".

I believe the 13" wheels used a smaller cap
14"-15" are the same
