Huck brakes
can any one show me a picture of the vintage huck brakes that started being used ind 1937 chevy.

Google image search came up with this pic, from a 51 truck, looks the same as the pic of Huck-Chevrolet brakes shown in my 1935-41 Motors manual.

The pics you show are of Bendix brakes.
Huck style brakes have the adjusters on the wheel cylinder. Later, mikey

The brakes components inside the drum and on the backing plate are identical to the 1951-1957 brakes. but the backing lates arents???

Any one have pictures of 50-57 6 lug chevy truck backing plates .preferable a side view
