lifters
A few questions..

What are you working on??? chevy, john deere???

Why are you replacing just the lifters???

I personally never soak the lifters, they should be installed with lube on the face and engine oil on the out side diameter.... Then adjusted and the engine should then be primed with a drill to fill the lifters.
