hydraulic throw out bearing

I have installed a Ram Hydraulic throw out bearing. I have a 3/4" master cylinder. I have checked all connections and no leaks. It will work for a little bit and then the petal won't come back all the way and no clutch. I have bled it a whole bunch but still have problems. Any ideas? SBC w/a Tremec 5 speed in a kit car.

If not leaking---just for sport and amusement---jack up the back of the car very high and work the clutch master.

Might have a bubble in there.

I had a hell of a time bleeding the clutch in my 59.
Using an 87 slave with an 88 master.

Jacked up the back of the car---and bubbles came to the resevoir.
Been fine ever since

Perhaps your are over center the clutch pressure plate for some of those will go to .500 of movement which is .150 more than a pressure plate needs. You might try limiting the the pedal travel to something that doesn't over center the diaphragm.
