Hydraulic work bench?

I picked up an examination table yesterday, free from a customer of mine. It's the type used in doctors' offices, tilts, raises and lowers, has the ends that will lower or raise to different positions. I'm thinking of making a bench/work table, mostly for attaching fenders and body parts from my 36, for sanding and bodywork. It's electic, hydraulic, has a foot pedal for the controls, weighs about 300 lbs. Any other ideas out there for uses for this thing? I'm already catching heqq about "more junk" from my significan other. Thanks---Dan

The raising and lowering part would be handy for raising heavy components (transmissions etc) from a low level to a comfortable working height. That is if the table will go low enough. Tilting to one side would be handy for cleaning up.
