i.d'ing jacobs omni magnum wires...

I have a omni mag that seems to not fire with the secondary trigger. past the trigger are green and black wires,i think. there are also a red and a white wire. can i hook a pair of these straight to the coil and bypass the trigger? Is there anywhere that i can find a wiring diagram for all these wires? The Jacobs website doesn't seem t have any.
